early Hard Core bands (began in 1980 as The Stains) are back and better than ever! MDC tours read like who is who or punk, they have played with DK, Black Flag, Minor Threat e.t.c... , In their 20 year career MDC have influence many bands of today including Total Chaos, Propagandhi, or Antischism, They Might Be Giants, H20's, NOFX and scores of others. Through the years MDC remains one of the absolute best Hard Core, super fast Punk Bands. Their message and lyrics are as current today as they were20 years ago. Here is one band that never wavered in their vision and message about the world today. Their songs, be they angry, fun, serious or tong in cheek are still about something, still make us think and feel. Recently one of the headliners of the Holiday in the Sun Festival, Millions of Dead Cops, legends in their own rights, are one of the best life bands today! Their hits are many but songs like John Wayne was a Nazi, and Chicken Squawk are still the most fun you will have at a show.
